Terms of Service

Last updated: June 25, 2026

These Terms explain the rules for using DropCoach. Your attorney should review this page before launch or any major legal submission.

Private by default

Reports stay private unless the owner publishes or shares them.

Post-match only

DropCoach reviews uploaded clips after gameplay, not live gameplay.

No perfect promises

Coaching quality depends on the clip, game, and moment clarity.

1. Using DropCoach

DropCoach provides post-match gameplay clip review, coaching reports, replay tools, creator sharing features, and related account services.

DropCoach is for training and improvement after gameplay. It is not live gameplay assistance, cheating software, anti-cheat bypassing, or a real-time competitive advantage tool.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for the information you provide, your account security, and activity that happens through your account.

You must provide a valid email address and a unique public username. Usernames cannot impersonate others, violate rights, or interfere with leaderboards, referrals, creator pages, or public reports.

DropCoach is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use DropCoach with permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Uploaded clips and user content

You keep ownership of gameplay clips and content you upload. By uploading content, you give DropCoach permission to store, process, analyze, display, and transform that content as needed to provide the service.

You are responsible for having the rights or permission needed to upload any clip, audio, name, image, brand, or other content you submit.

Do not upload illegal content, private information about others, harassment, sexual content, hateful content, malware, or anything that violates another person's rights.

4. Coaching reports and accuracy

DropCoach uses automated systems and available clip evidence to generate coaching cues. Reports may be incomplete, delayed, or less specific when a clip is unclear, missing context, or difficult to read.

Coaching quality may vary by game, clip clarity, video quality, audio quality, moment type, and current product support for that game.

DropCoach does not guarantee perfect analysis, competitive results, rank improvement, or that every report will identify every possible mistake.

5. Sharing and creator features

Clips and reports are private by default unless you choose to publish or share them.

If you publish a report, enable creator branding, create a public link, or download a creator export, you are responsible for how that content is used, posted, or distributed.

DropCoach may remove or restrict public content that violates these Terms, creates safety risk, or harms the product experience for other users.

6. Plans, subscriptions, and billing

Paid plans, billing cycles, plan limits, and subscription management are shown during checkout or account billing. Payments are handled by Stripe or another payment provider.

Subscription renewals continue until canceled according to the checkout and billing settings shown to you.

Unless a separate written refund policy applies, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where DropCoach separately approves a refund.

7. Acceptable use

Do not abuse, attack, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with DropCoach systems.

Do not use DropCoach to harass people, create deceptive content, violate platform rules, or claim the service guarantees outcomes it does not guarantee.

Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, payment systems, authentication, security controls, moderation, storage rules, or access restrictions.

8. Intellectual property

DropCoach, the DropCoach name, branding, site design, reports, product flows, software, and related technology are owned by DropCoach or its licensors.

You may not copy, resell, repackage, or create confusingly similar uses of DropCoach branding or product output except as allowed by the creator and sharing tools.

9. Service changes and availability

DropCoach may change, pause, remove, or improve features as the product evolves.

The service may be unavailable during maintenance, provider delays, infrastructure issues, queue spikes, or failures outside DropCoach's control.

10. Disclaimers and limits of liability

DropCoach is provided as available and as is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, DropCoach disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, DropCoach is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages related to your use of the service.

11. Changes to these Terms

DropCoach may update these Terms as the product, laws, or business needs change. When changes are material, DropCoach may require users to acknowledge the updated Terms before continuing to use certain features.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent through the in-app feedback/support tools or by contacting DropCoach support.
