This policy explains how DropCoach collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you create an account, upload gameplay clips, review reports, chat about a report, or use creator tools.
Clips and reports stay private unless you publish or share them.
Clip data is used to generate post-match reports, replays, exports, and diagnostics.
You choose what to upload, publish, share, or download.
Account information, such as username, email address, password authentication data, plan status, referral codes, onboarding answers, and account preferences.
Uploaded content, such as gameplay clips, thumbnails, extracted frames, replay videos, report data, creator exports, chat messages tied to a report, and feedback you submit.
Usage and device information, such as pages viewed, upload status, report status, feature interactions, browser/device details, approximate location derived from network data, error logs, and queue/performance diagnostics.
Payment information is processed by Stripe or another payment provider. DropCoach does not store full payment card numbers.
To create and secure accounts, verify email addresses, manage plans, process uploads, generate reports, create replays, deliver creator exports, and provide support.
To improve report quality, replay timing, queue reliability, onboarding, product safety, creator tools, and fraud prevention.
To send service messages, welcome emails, verification emails, report-ready notices, billing notices, support replies, and optional product updates when allowed.
Your clips and reports are private by default unless you choose to publish or share them.
If you publish a report, copy a share link, enable creator branding, or download and post a creator export, the content may be seen by people outside DropCoach.
If you submit feedback about a report, DropCoach may review the related clip metadata, report, replay timing, chat context, and JSON evidence needed to diagnose the issue.
DropCoach may use trusted providers for hosting, storage, databases, analytics, email, payments, AI/video processing, logging, security, and customer support.
These providers process information only as needed to help operate DropCoach, subject to their own security and privacy commitments.
DropCoach uses automated systems to analyze uploaded gameplay clips and generate post-match coaching outputs.
Coaching quality may vary by game, clip clarity, moment type, and current product support. DropCoach may use report feedback and diagnostics to improve the service.
DropCoach keeps account data while your account is active or as needed for legal, security, billing, support, analytics, and operational reasons.
Raw uploaded clips, generated replays, creator exports, extracted frames, and diagnostics may have different retention windows depending on product settings, storage limits, user plan, and safety needs.
Some deleted or expired content may remain temporarily in backups, logs, cache, queue records, or provider systems before it is fully removed.
DropCoach uses technical, organizational, and operational safeguards designed to protect account data, clips, reports, and service infrastructure.
No internet service can guarantee perfect security. You should use a strong password, protect your email account, and contact support if you believe your account has been compromised.
You can choose what to upload, whether to publish a report, whether to share a link, whether to enable creator branding, and whether to upgrade or cancel a paid plan.
You may request help accessing, correcting, or deleting account information through the in-app support and feedback tools, subject to legal, billing, security, and operational limits.
DropCoach is not intended for children under 13. If DropCoach learns that it collected personal information from a child under 13 without proper consent, it will take steps to delete that information.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, use DropCoach with permission from a parent or guardian.
DropCoach may update this Privacy Policy as the product, laws, or service providers change. The updated date will show when the policy was last changed.
Questions about privacy can be sent through the in-app feedback/support tools or by contacting DropCoach support.
